You must be 18 years or older to purchase any products from KIEI, some products such as blank-guns, airguns, airsoft guns, crossbows, knives, etc.. will require a adult signature at time of delivery.
We will not ship products to locations that they are restricted but we dont know all restricted locations so it is YOUR responsibility to determine and comply with any and all laws, regulations & restrictions in regards to our products!! So Please check the laws, regulations & restrictions in your locale before placing order!! You are responsible for obeying your laws, we dont know them so you need to, before you submit your order!!
Please see our listing of restricted items to help determine if your state or local goverment has restrictions regarding the products you are interested in. This is not a complete listing of restricted items it is only a small listing or restrictions that we are aware of. If a item is listed as restricted and no shipping to your state or locality please do Not order it because we will Not be able to send it to you and we will only issue you a store credit good towards items we can ship to you. Payment
We accept Charge card and Debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo, we will be accepting checks and money orders very soon.
Charge card orders can only be shipped to the billing address associated with the Charge card, if you need the order shipped to a address other than the billing address you will need to make arraignments with your Charge card company and or us prior to placing the order with us (for additional information please see our shipping policy below).
Shipping
Shipping times and rates are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Additional shipping may be required on your order due to weight, zip code, your combination of items, or other factors. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.
Any backorder items will be shipped by Ground or US Mail upon arrival. Items listed with (Free Shipping) receive free ground shipping.
If you are ordering CO2 or Blank ammunition these items must ship by Ground within the USA. If you are ordering any type of Gun a Adult Signature (21 years or older) will be required upon delivery. All Airguns are shipped by UPS or Fedex due to USPS restrictions.
Our online shipping calculater doesnt calulate large orders very well so if you are placing a large order, you can contact us BEFORE placing the order and we "might" be able to adjust the shipping cost for you.
Returned free shipping items, undeliverable packages, and refused items will be charged an appropriate shipping charge. If we warranty the item directly then we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item.
** If you are placing a order using a Charge card and need the order shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your card, we will need you to list the alternate shipping address with your Chrage card company before you place the order with us, your order will not be processed until we can confirm the shipping address with your Charge card company. To list the alternate shipping with your Charge card company just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the account notes. Having the address listed before you place your order helps us process your order more quickly and securely, please note that we require this to protect you and our company against fraudulent transactions. Please contact us with any further questions, when placing a order with a alternate shipping address we will need the 800 number on the back of your card for verification purpose, we may also require additional verification at our discretion such as signed statement, copies of the card and or your government issued ID Card. **
International Orders
We are happy to help fullfill our International customers needs, however we are limited in the products that we are able to send due to US Export regulations. Airguns must be shipped by UPS or Fedex. Please see our International Order page for more information:

Order Fulfillment
Most in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days once order is processed.
For out-of-stock items, you will be notified of any delay. You must pay all orders in advance (at the time of order), even for out-of-stock items.
KIEI guarantees that you will get a new working product(s) or you can return the product(s) for repair or replacement. Color, frequency, and packaging may vary. Occasionally items run out or are discontinued from a specific manufacturer. We reserve the right to send items of equivalent function in order to fill your order in a timely manner.
Errors and Omissions
PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other publications are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, kiei.biz. reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies. Errors and Omissions, KIEI is not liable for errors in prices listed on the site due to computer error or human error.
Returns
All sales are generally considered final, however under certain situations we will authorize and accept returns on new, unopened, unused items. You must contact us to authorize the return before you send it back. Returned items are subject to a 15% restock fee, shipping costs are not returned or refunded. Please note, attempting to return items you have opened and or used for a refund is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution. Open and or used items are not returnable for a refund.
Items returned to us without prior approval will be refused. Items returned to us must be received within 10 days of return approval, and will normally be refunded, exchanged or replaced appropriately within 10 business days. A returned item with damage caused by you will receive no refund and item will immediately be discarded.
If we have sent you a incorrect item, please contact us for return authorization. Upon receipt of the returned wrong item we will send the correct item right out to you. Of course no additional shipping costs or restock fees will apply.
We are not responsible for shipping charges nor do we return shipping charges on returned items or exchanged items.
Exchange
You MUST have prior approval from us to exchange any merchandise. Shipping cost on ec=xcjanged items is the customers resposibility. Please see our Return Policy listed above.
We want you to feel totally satisfied when you order products from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us so we can resolve any concerns. For the most part we are very easy to deal with and do our best to take care of any and all problems or concerns!!
Defective Items
We apologize in advance on behalf of the manufacturer for any defective items you may receive. Please understand that defects do occur occasionally, and manufacturers insist on handling defects directly to insure quality improvements. We know how frustrating this can be, and we want to help you quickly receive a working product.
A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage or signs of use and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Please note, attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution.
If you receive a defective item simply call the manufacturer for help. If you are unable to locate the manufacturers contact information, we will provide the manufacturer contact information. Please note that you must return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original product box to the manufacturer, along with a detailed explanation of the defect within 30 days of receipt. Shipping fee's are not returned or reimbursed but the manufacturer will pay to send the replacement/repaired item back to you.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at anytime, however order cancellations may be subject to a 5% administration fee, we do this because its time consuming and it costs us to process your payments and it costs us to process refunds. Please be sure you actually want the products and that they are the correct products before you order thus avoiding order cancellation. If your ordered product is out of stock and we can not supply within 30 days then there will be no fee charged to you for canceling the order. "Special offer" items may take additional time before receiving and can not be canceled without approval and are normally subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Please note that attempting to circumvent our policy by refusing a package and or filing a chargeback claim with your Charge card company or Paypal is not a sufficient or moral means to cancel or return the order and will not be successful, please keep that in mind and also keep in mind that this behavior is also illegal in some states. If you attempt to do this, once its all settled and finalized (which can take weeks even months) you can expect to be issued a refund or store credit at our discretion: minus associated shipping fee's, minus a 15% restock fee or 25% restock fee on Special offer items, minus a 10% administration fee and in some cases minus a $25.00 merchant claim fee, and any other fee's that may arise from any such claim. In short please don't attempt this as its no fun for either of us.
